Program Summary.
Xccelerate+ Commercial Management Trainee Program is months development program designed for high potential young graduates, equipping you with the core competencies and leadership skills needed for you to chart your way to an exciting career us.
The Finance Management Trainee Program will provide the incumbent first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations within the Finance function, namely Budget & Planning, Commercial Finance, Costing, Corporate Accounting, Treasury and Tax.
