our Role.
e are seeking a meticulous and driven Plant Controller to join our financial management team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our plant operations through strategic budgeting, forecasting, and analytical reporting.
evelop and manage comprehensive budget processes while maintaining rigorous budgetary controlsLead regular forecast and reforecast activities to ensure financial planning accuracyAnalyze and calculate central and functional costs with precisionCreate and deliver insightful weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reportsPerform in-depth analysis and develop management support reports that drive decision-makingValidate and analyze key changes impacting cost structuresPrepare high-quality internal reports for Management Control leadershipSpearhead the development and implementation of new financial standardsEnsure departmental objectives are consistently met or exceededMaintain compliance with Quality Management System (EOS), Environmental Management System, and Occupational Safety and Health Management System requirementsYour Profile.
achelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, or AccountingPrevious experience of 3 years minimum as a Plant Controller is strongly preferredFluent English communication skills, both written and verbalStrong results orientation with demonstrated achievementsExceptional planning, organizational, and management capabilitiesProven ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlinesOutstanding teamwork skills and interpersonal communication abilitiesThis role offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
