As a Finance Associate.
You will be responsible for providing support to the finance team in areas such as quality of data in the management system.
Your role involves assisting with day-to-day accounting operations to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.
You will.
• Insert data in the management system software (payments, receivables, invoices, receipts,...) • Send documents to customers and suppliers • Send proof of payment when requested • Check customer and supplier balance sheets • Answer requests for clarification on financial documents issued/received • Support on review and reconcile financial data, transactions, and accounts • Support the administrative and accounting team in collecting the information needed for the monthly closing of accounts; Assist on the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses for management review; • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities; • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures; • Provide support to finance managers and senior leadership as needed CANDIDATE VALUES AND QUALIFICATIONS • Embrace Addvolt values – transparency, agility and trustworthiness; • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related; • 1-3 years of experience in accounting, or related role; • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
As technical skills we value.
• Time management and organizational skills; • Knowledge and experience with ERP software, like Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or similar); • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions); • Portuguese and English communication skills (oral and written).
