Job Description As Facilities Manager, you'll be the key to a smooth-running Devoteam! You'll oversee facilities, travel, fleet, telecoms, and admin support, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.
Lead a team, manage vendors, and streamline processes - all while keeping us compliant.
Key Responsibilities Support the Director of Operations in developing and executing operational strategy, budgets, and investments.
Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Facilities Management.
Oversee all building maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance.
Develop and manage the facilities maintenance budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Assist with space planning and allocation, office moves, and furniture/equipment inventory.
Identify and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
Supervise and train facilities staff, delegating tasks and fostering a positive work environment.
Analyze and optimize company travel policies, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure compliance.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and all relevant regulations for facilities management and events.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in facilities management, including building maintenance, health & safety, and vendor management.
Experience with budget management, contract negotiation, and process improvement.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
