Job Description.
* Data Analysis.
* Collect and analyze data from (COMPANY NAME)'s HR systems, using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in the current processes.
* Technical Documentation.
* Prepare detailed documentation of functional specifications, ensuring that stakeholders' requirements are accurately translated for the technical team.
* Support in Implementation.
* Assist in the implementation of HR IT solutions, ensuring new features are efficiently integrated into existing systems.
* Coordination with International Teams.
* Collaborate closely with the central team in Germany, as well as other HR and IT teams across various locations, fostering an intercultural and interdisciplinary working environment.
* Project Management Support.
* Assist in organizing and monitoring different project phases, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
* Continuous Improvement.
* Contribute to the ongoing optimization of HR IT processes, proposing data-driven improvements and gathering feedback from involved teams.
Qualifications.
Education.
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Experience.
* Previous experience in software development or HR systems is a plus.
Know-how.
* Proficiency in software development and a solid understanding of HR processes would be also a plus.
Languages.
* Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese; German language skills are a plus.

* Organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
