Cold Caller Job Description.
I am seeking a skilled individual to perform cold calling to gather specific information for my business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting businesses or individuals, asking the right questions to obtain the required details, and reporting the information to me in an organized manner.
Requirements.
Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain professional, polite, and confident during calls.
Exceptional organizational and reporting skills to document collected information accurately.
Assets.
--> Background knowledge or experience in one or more of the following industries.
- Construction - Real Estate - Finance - Customer Service - Familiarity with CRM systems or call-tracking tools.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential contacts.
- Proficiency in conducting research to identify leads and decision-makers.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to adapt during calls.
