40Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY Event Services ManagerResponsible for coordinating event documentation and collaborating with Sales, Catering, Property Departments, and customers to ensure high-level service throughout all event phases.
Manages events of average complexity, ensuring seamless transitions between departments, and identifies opportunities to maximize revenue through up-selling and enhancements.
Requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure client and guest satisfaction.
ANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience• High school diploma or GED; experienced (1 - 2 years of experience) in the event management or related professional area.
R• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; at least 1 year experience in the event management or related professional area required.
