Supervise the timely and accurate execution of the third parties Group processes in accordance with the applicable regulation, the TPP Group Policy, and the associated procedures and systems.
Maintain and ensure correct documentation and auditable evidence of all third-party process steps.
Policy and Framework Management:
Ensure that documentation matches the applicable policies, regulations, and processes.
Maintain and update the ICT Vendors Registers in accordance with applicable DORA regulation for the competent authorities.
Project Coordination:
Act as the primary contact for all matters relating to the execution of the Third Party process with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare all relevant third-party assessment reports for internal and external reporting.
Collaborate with other Euronext functions to understand and document requirements, fostering continuous process improvement.
