This person will work solely for Optylon Krea LDA.
Profile.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in real estate investment or finance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and asset classes.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Stong Presentation skills.
Responsibilities.
Investor Communication Support.
- Assist the CEO in the development and execution of a strategic plans for equity fundraising.
This includes preparing detailed presentation materials and arrange roadshow planning and follow up.
Research and Analysis.
- Conduct market research and gather relevant financial data to support the CEO in identifying potential equity funding sources and understanding investor interests.
Documentation and Reporting.
- Prepare and organize documents for fundraising activities, including investment materials, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Follow-up and Tracking.
- Track and follow up on action items from investor interactions, ensuring timely communication and documentation of progress in the fundraising process.
Cross-functional Collaboration.
- Work closely with the CEO, finance, legal, and marketing teams to align fundraising efforts with overall business strategy and operational needs.
Financial Modelling and Analysis.
- Develop robust financial models and projections to support fundraising activities and communicate the company's value proposition effectively.
