Review and analyze video content in Dutch ensuring it aligns with community standards and policies.
Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful content for further action.
Stay uptodate with content moderation policies and apply them consistently.
Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while moderating content.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve moderation processes.
Handle sensitive content professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements.
Native Dutch speaker.
Good command of English (B2 or above).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick accurate decisions.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle sensitive content.
Previous experience in a contact center is an advantage but not required (training provided).
Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools.
Work Conditions.
Schedule.
Monday to Sunday working 5 days per week.
Hours.
Rotational shifts between 7 AM and 11 PM.
Weekly Hours.
40 hours per week.
