You will be responsible to.
Lead project teams, planning, setting priorities, monitoring and controlling, and making decisions that result in delivery as per the agreed scope, budget, and timeline; Maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring projects are delivered with high quality standards, within the agreed timeline and budget; Manage projects in the allocated area and escalate complex issues to more senior colleagues or managers; Proactively manage and take responsibility for the scope, cost, time, and quality of each project assigned; Deliver the project objectives through a structured approach in alignment with industry or/and Hovione best practices; Clarify project team roles and responsibilities and enable others to optimize their use of technical, management, and leadership skills; Develop knowledge related to project management methodologies, tools, and techniques; Manage complex projects/analysis with significant impact on business; Manage risk and uncertainty; anticipating and escalating roadblocks to prevent deviations from the goals; Follow all applicable GMP and HSE guidelines, internal and external requirements, and promote the implementation and maintenance of Hovione's policies, systems, and procedures (COPs, HBR, SOPs, and others).
We are looking to recruit a Candidate.
Master's degree in Engineering or a related field; Project Management qualification (e.
.
PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) is a plus; Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects (mandatory) and experience in Green Fied Projects (desirable); Comfortable in an environment of change and levels of uncertainty as befits complex development and manufacturing projects in a CDMO environment; Fluency in English is a requirement; Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills; Ability to work collaboratively and build positive team dynamics; Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
