You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and supportive teammates.
You'll manage the technical contractual scope of the project and functionally lead the project engineering team.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Core Team, Project Engineering Team, Product Development Community, Methods & Tools Community), validate technical design choices and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing technical risks and mitigation plans, as well as supervising Verification & Validation activities.

Accountability for customer acceptance of the project solution Management of the project technical risks and corresponding mitigation plan Validation of technical design choices with peers and the Solution Director Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and project solution design Leadership in the Project Change Control Board (CCB) Accountability for Engineering Work Package Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) Functional leadership of the project engineering team All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
