Your mission will be… Business development through relationships with project offices and the promotion and specification of our portfolio of products, systems, and solutions; Manage and develop selected project offices according to their needs, aligning with the strategies of Siemens' Business Units; Monitor identified projects, coordinating the different Sales teams from the proposal phase to contract awarding; Develop technical-economic studies for industrial applications and energy distribution in buildings and other types of installations, creating innovative and competitive solutions while providing your vision and experience to add value for the client; Support the End Customer and act as a technical reference, developing the defense and feasibility of the proposed technical-economic solution; Conduct comprehensive market analysis and monitor competitor behavior to identify emerging trends and opportunities, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
We are looking for someone with… Higher education in Electrical or Industrial Engineering; More than 3 years of professional experience (preferred); Strong knowledge of spoken and written in Portuguese and English; Experience in project installation or equipment, project oversight, or maintenance companies will be valued; Proficiency in digital tools (Office, Excel, CAD); Strong communication skills, teamwork, commitment and responsibility; Focus on goal-oriented work and a strong growth mindset; Special interest and motivation in Innovation, Sustainability, Digitalization, and New Technologies.
