I want a more professional training tracker in excel.
I also will like to be able to choose from at least 25 employees and access the information I have provided leaving room for me to add and delete as needed.
This tool should have the following capabilities.
- Progress tracking.
This feature should allow us to monitor each employee's advancement through their respective training modules.
- Schedule management.
The tracker should help in organizing and managing training schedules.
- Certification management.
This is a key feature.
The tracker should be able to handle and track certifications received from completed training modules.
Ideal candidates for this project should have.
- Extensive experience in software development, particularly in creating web-based applications.
- Prior experience in developing training or educational software would be highly beneficial.
- Strong understanding of employee training and development processes.
- Excellent skills in creating user-friendly, intuitive software interfaces.
