We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trainee to join our Human Resources Team, supporting the development of our Emerging Talent Programs covering all global Trainee and PhD excellence programs.

As a Trainee for Emerging Talent Programs, you will play a key role in helping us to further improve and harmonize our Trainee and PhD excellence programs globally and ensuring an optimal offer for our applicants.
Your responsibilities will include.
* Supporting in the program development and harmonization of our global Trainee and PhD excellence programs * Assisting in the analysis and evaluation of program metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement * Contributing to the creation and maintenance of program materials, such as program content, process description and documentation * Coordinating logistics and administrative tasks related to program events, workshops, and training sessions especially for the PhD program in Germany * Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and consistency of program goals and objectives * Providing support in the development of communication materials and campaigns to promote our Emerging Talent Programs Requerimientos del candidato/a.

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar field * Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of an international team * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Good PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and effective presentations * Fluency in English Please send us your CV in English
