The primary focus should be on visual consistency across all platforms.
The templates must be compatible with major email clients, particularly send-ability in outlook/Gmail, which has been troublesome for us in the past.
Key Requirements.
- Design templates that look great on both desktop and mobile devices - Ensure visual consistency across all emails - Compatible with major email clients (with a particular focus on ease in distribution) Critical Email Content Elements.
- Primarily focused on text and body copy, the templates should also accommodate images and graphics as well as call-to-action buttons.
It should also match our current format and not be visually different.
Ideal Skills.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email - Experience with email platforms (google workspaces Microsoft 365) - Understanding of responsive design - Knowledge of major email clients and their quirks - Attention to detail for visual consistency This project is aimed at providing us with a long-term solution to our email template challenges.
