Electrical Engineer     The Electrical Engineer role in the Sustain R&D team will focus on project assignments within the electrical and electronic subsystems of our entire medical laser console portfolio.
This person will work with a cross-discipline team of engineers to ensure commercialized laser systems and accessories comply to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities   Lead or participate in project teams to develop clear specifications, participate in design improvement efforts, and define timeline for electrical re-design and testing work.
Create electrical designs utilizing the departments’ standard development tools and procedures.
Complete project deliverables on time and monitor project schedule and scope changes to assure team can meet delivery requirements.
Coordinate, monitor, and document project designs, estimates, and costs.
Prepare standard reports/documentation to communicate status and results.
Lead project teams that include Quality Engineers, Regulatory Specialists, Field Service, and V&V Engineers in the risk management, design improvement, testing, and documentation of medical laser in compliance with worldwide medical device standards.
Design electrical systems and electrical boards.
Lead electrical investigations partnering with system engineer and SW team     Requirements.
B.
c.
in Electrical Engineering At least 4 years of experience in Medical Device capital equipment.
Have hands-on experience in both Analog and Power) Digital – advantage) Have Altium, PCAD, or OrCAD experience.
Exhibit strong technical writing skills.
Demonstrate strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Display self-motivation and willingness to learn.
