Pequenas e Médias Empresas department  is looking for an Electric Engineer - Business Customers Expert   What you will do.
Proactively manage a portfolio of business clients (SME segment), with facilities connected to the medium voltage network; Identify process improvements that impact the management of business clients;-Participate in and/or drive digital transformation projects in corporate client management; Promote, within other business units of E-REDES, the analysis and studies of the distribution networks to identify potential actions to improve the quality of service provided; Management of network connection requests (connection of specific transformation stations to the distribution network); Management of technical service quality requests from corporate clients, namely.
information requests and complaints.

Porto   What are we looking for.
Master's or bachelor's degree in Electrotechnical Engineering or another field relevant to the role; Knowledge of electrical energy systems, AT, MT, and BT distribution networks, AT/MT substations, and MT/BT transformation stations; Mastery of legislation and regulations applicable to the electricity distribution sector and private electrical installations (a plus); Knowledge in the area of energy efficiency and rational use of energy; Proficiency in MS Office tools; Knowledge of SAP (preferential); Driver's license (mandatory); Availability for travel throughout the country (mandatory); Proficiency in the Portuguese language (mandatory); Enjoyment of teamwork; Goal-oriented mindset; Proficiency in the English language (preferential).
