Job Description Your contribution to something big.
Designing and implementing eCommerce processes in a SAP S/4HANA landscape.
eShop Rollouts.
Planning, managing, and executing international eshop rollouts with a focus on standardized and scalable solutions.
eCommerce Integration.
Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration (e.
., ERP, CRM).
Process Optimization.
Analyzing and enhancing existing eCommerce and customer processes while considering industry-specific requirements.
Testing & Quality Assurance.
Conducting test procedures, troubleshooting, and supporting hypercare phases after implementation.
Training & Support.
Assisting and training international teams in adopting new systems and eCommerce processes.
Qualifications What distinguishes you.
  Education.
Degree in (Business) Informatics, eCommerce, IT Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience.
Several years of experience in developing and implementing eCommerce solutions as well as managing international rollouts.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Experience (CX), or similar systems Experience in interfaces and system integration.
Know-how.
Proven expertise in at least one of following areas.
Loyalty & Campaign Management, Claims and Returns Management, Customer Request Management from a technical perspective.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and project management tools (e.
., Jira, Confluence).
Languages.
Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Working Style and Methods.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
