Your future duties and responsibilities.
The Director of Internal Communications will join CGI Federal’s Strategic, Engagement and Business Operations (SEBO) team with responsibilities that include.
• Leading a team of professionals by providing project management support across Town Hall and Annual Tour events, and strategic communications campaigns for CGI Federal, fostering a culture of inclusion and innovation.
• Defining the overall strategy for the Internal Communications team, including evaluating and implementing digital channels to enhance team collaboration and engagement.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, curating and crafting strategizing on tailored content and channels that ensure consistent and impactful communications.
• Working cross-functionally with the Marketing and External Communications team to develop and execute strategic marketing and social media campaigns that drive engagement through the dimensions of culture, careers, clients, and communities.
• Establishing tools and key metrics for engagement and ef Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in developing and implementing integrated communications campaigns and 5+ years successfully managing teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive work environment.
• Ability to provide a portfolio of writing and editing samples.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments and willingness to invest time in personal development.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict and build strong working relationships.
• Data-driven and goal-oriented, measuring areas of improvement and success both quantitatively and qualitatively.
• Ability to lead discussions and facilitate meetings with employees, customers, and senior leadership CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications.
To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.
