You will Lead collaborate Europe Digital Transformation & Operations and interface with TCP Teams, media agency teams and the KCC media auditor as required.
  Responsibilities Drive Ad Tech Innovations to help revolutionizing our Digital Marketing.
Manage media data automation solutions Identify and implement best-in-class AI solutions for campaign real-time optimization Campaign Monitoring & Optimization.
Monitor the performance of campaigns in real-time, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
Regularly review key KPIs and implement strategies to improve campaign outcomes and cost efficiencies.
Oversee the spend and AVB tracker by market, category, media type, and vendor to identify potential opportunities for improvement.
Ad Account Management & Campaign Hygiene.
Manage PepsiCoâs digital ad accounts across platforms (Google, Meta, DSPs, etc.), ensuring proper setup and adherence to brand guidelines.
Maintain account hygiene by enforcing best practices such as naming conventions, accurate budget allocations, and regular auditing of ad accounts.
Monitor campaigns to ensure they are running according to plan, identifying any discrepancies or issues and resolving them promptly.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.
., GDPR) and ensure that tracking tags, pixels, and other campaign components are correctly implemented.
Spend Management, Reco & Optimization.
Track and report on A&M spending across different markets, categories, and media types to ensure alignment with budgets.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and consolidate best practices and learnings to scale across regions.
Agency Management & Framework Execution.
Lead the execution of frameworks related to agency management, including performance evaluations, SOW processes, briefing frameworks, and contractual agreements.
Develop tools and processes for effective agency performance tracking and optimization.
Productivity, Governance & Audit.
Supporting initiatives that aim to make A&M work more efficiently and deliver 3+ million USD in productivity each year.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement new productivity pillars for media operations.
Adherence to media governance principles Ensure complete collaboration and transparence for audits Collaboration with Key Stakeholders.
Maintain close working relationships with the EU Snr.
Media Manager, local TCP teams, the KBS media auditor, media agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of the media operations framework.
Support cross-functional collaboration between media planning, buying and finance to ensure holistic management of the A&M agenda.
Qualifications Campaign and AdTech/Data Management.
Experience managing paid search and/or paid social and programmatic campaigns in an agency environment, ideally within a network agency or a large independent agency.
Proven ability to manage multiple media campaigns and handle operational challenges effectively.
10+ years of experience in managing media operations or a similar role, with a strong focus on execution and management.
Digital Marketing & Media Knowledge.
Strong understanding of the broader digital spectrum, including the marketing mix and the media planning process.
Experienced in dealing with complex frameworks and tools for monitoring digital and media data Solid experience working within various ad buying platforms and/or third-party bid management platforms.
Understanding of on-site analytics platforms such as Google Marketing Platform Familiarity with ad serving platforms and ad trafficking processes.
Team Leadership & Management.
Ability to manage and lead an experienced ad operations team, guiding them through complex tasks and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Effective organization skills to multi-task, plan, and prioritize both individual and team workloads.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate and present to a wide range of stakeholders.
Ability to present results to the wider team and senior stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Analytical & Technical Expertise.
Strong analytical skills to assess performance data, interpret insights, and develop actionable insights and strategies.
Experience with tracking and attribution.
Project Management.
Demonstrated history of effective project management skills, with a strong ability to oversee day-to-day media operations and meet deadlines  Technical Tools & Platforms.
