Job Overview.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence, particularly through our website.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing strategies and SEO to increase website traffic and convert leads into sales.
This role offers flexibility, as you will have the freedom to manage your own schedule, with only a weekly meeting required for updates.
Key Responsibilities.
1.
Website Management.
Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility.
Keep the website updated with fresh content, promotions, offers, and new meal plans.
Ensure the user interface is smooth for an excellent customer experience.
2.
Digital Marketing Strategy.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to attract more customers.
Use tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media marketing to drive traffic to the website.
Create campaigns tailored around Maharashtrachi Khadya Jatra’s unique selling proposition (authentic Maharashtrian homestyle food) for subscription-based services.
3.
Content Creation and Promotion.
Write and publish relevant, engaging content including blog posts, promotional material, and updates related to Maharashtrian cuisine and festivals.
Create and manage social media content to drive traffic to the website.
4.
SEO Management.
Conduct keyword research related to Maharashtrian food, traditional meals, and subscription-based services.
Optimize the website content, meta descriptions, titles, and internal linking for SEO purposes.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends to improve the website ranking.
5.
Performance Analysis.
Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website traffic.
Provide weekly reports on sales conversions, website traffic, and other key metrics.
Suggest improvements based on data analysis and user behavior.
Requirements.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO strategies, and website management.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and basic web content management systems (CMS).
Ability to create engaging content that promotes Maharashtrian cuisine.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in weekly meetings.
Experience in restaurant or food-related industries is a plus but not required.
