Gather and prioritize feedback from collaborators to refine HR processes and training programs.
* Stakeholder Alignment.
Collaborate with HR partners and teams to align HR initiatives with business needs and drive group projects.
* Technology Collaboration.
Work with HRIT/GBS to ensure HR processes are supported by appropriate technology solutions.
* Lean Methodology Implementation.
Streamline HR processes using Lean methods to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste.
* Employee Experience Focus.
Prioritize a seamless employee experience in HR process design.
* Continuous Improvement.
Actively seek employee feedback for process improvements.
* Documentation & Best Practices.
Maintain process maps, policies, roles, and training aligned with strategic objectives.
