Moderate and review content.
Evaluate online videos social media posts complaints and legal notices to ensure compliance with platform policies.
Protect intellectual property.
ess copyright issues and take appropriate actions on incorrect decisions.
Audit & update.
Review update and audit social media content for quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with a global team.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure customer service meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Maintain product knowledge.
Stay informed on client services products and guidelines to deliver accurate moderation.
What You Bring.
Language Proficiency.
German (C1) English (B2) Attention to Detail.
A sharp eye for detail with the ability to spot and handle sensitive or noncompliant content.

Excellent verbal and written communication ss in both German and English.

950EUR/month (paid 14 times a year) Language Bonus.
