Digital Commerce Assistant Manager (7-Eleven & Shopee) Report to.
Platform Manager  Function.
Marketing eCommerce Location.
Bangkok    Key Responsibilities.
Media Planner.
Develop a media plan and collaborate with agencies to execute and optimize media performance to support 7-Eleven sales targets.
Commercial Planning and Execution.
Promotion & Campaign planning for 7-Eleven Online and Shopee Platform, providing data driven analysis and proposing efficient promotion to customers and carrying out campaign activation while maintaining spending budget.
Content Development.
Monitor content quality and Lead content briefing to improve store brilliant basics and execute campaign visibility banners creation by working closely with a content manager and graphic designer.
Customer Relations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through Joint Business Plan.
Work with agencies, and enablers to carry through monthly commercial plans.
Shelf Availability.
Ensure optimal store inventory by collaborating with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels and smooth operation.
Responsibility Ratio Approximate.
7-11 platform.
Media planner (60% of work), Analysis & planning (30% of work) Shopee platform.
Simple analysis & Operation (10% of work)   Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, minimum of 2 years of managing and operating e-commerce platforms such as 7-Eleven online, Shopee.
Strong data analysis skills, content management, promotion & media planning.
Proficiency in MsExcel / Google Spreadsheets / Google Slide Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
