DIGITAL ASSET PROCESS OWNER

Join our Global Business Services Commercial Operations team at (COMPANY NAME) as a Digital Asset Process Owner.
This role is a key member of the Global Omnichannel Commercial Operations, reporting to the Director of Global Omnichannel Content Excellence.
You will implement strategies to support the efficient maintenance and standardizing metadata tagging of digital content across local and global marketing teams.
You will also collaborate across many internal stakeholders to streamline how we deliver content into our digital asset tools.
Accountabilities.
As a Digital Asset Process Owner, you will ensure that digital content management technology constantly evolves to meet stakeholder needs.
You will collaborate with various teams, to understand their digital asset needs and with partners to optimize the digital asset management system accordingly.
You will develop and drive policies and procedures related to digital asset management & usage, access, and content sharing & reuse.
You will also work with vendors to address technical issues, implement upgrades, and explore new features.
Essential Skills/Experience.
- Proven experience in digital content management or related fields - Proven track record of collaborating with multiple teams - Demonstrated experience in developing and driving policies and procedures related to digital asset usage - Strong technical background with experience in working with external partners to share insights for optimizations - Proficiency in leading and implementing solutions to improve content reuse data collection and reporting - Proven track record of providing technical input to training and communications for broader stakeholder groups - Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to create and standardize taxonomy for organizing, storing, and cataloguing digital assets and metadata - Familiarity with digital asset management leveraging various digital content along with change control processes for digital content - Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats & Adobe Experience Manager - Content Management Desirable Skills/Experience.
