Position Description.
The Digital Ad Placement Team Lead is a professional with deep knowledge and understanding of campaign ads and ad placements.
This person should be familiar with the communications industry and multiple digital platforms.
This person should also provide strategic guidance and could lead a small team.
This opportunity allows for hybrid work from the Charlotte, NC area.
Expectation is set that the selected candidate would be on-site 2-3 days per week in the hybrid requirement.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Strategic Planning.
Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive ad placement strategies to meet campaign goals.
• Team Management.
Lead and mentor a team of ad placement specialists, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
• Budget Management.
Allocate and manage the budget for ad placements across various platforms.
• Performance Monitoring.
Track and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Compliance.
Ensure all ad placements comply with company policies.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
- Experience with Google Analytics - Strong analytical skills - Solid understanding of marketing trends and analysis - Strong written and verbal communications skills - Knowledge of ad-buying and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) Competencies Years of experience MINIMUM of 5 REQUIRED - Ad Management 5-7 - Stakeholder Management 5-7 - Strategic Planning 5-7 - Team Management 5-7 - Budget Management 5-7 CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
