As Developer ServiceNow HRSD, you will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of our Case Management Infrastructure in ServiceNow as we modernize the HR Service Delivery Model for (COMPANY NAME).
You will work closely and effectively together with global cross-functional IT teams and business analysts to develop document management, as a substantial part of our HR Case Management.
In your new role, you will.
* Work as an interface and intermediary to HR to bring our global ServiceNow HR Solution to the next level.
* Gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
* Design, customize, and implement ServiceNow solutions in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Document Management.
* Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify the root cause of defects and implement preventive actions.
* Ensure the overall quality and stability of the implemented solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely together with colleagues in a global team Requerimientos del candidato/a.

You are best equipped for this task if you have.
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any relevant field.
* At least 2 years of working experience in IT or any relevant field.
* Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
HRSD and EDM module experience is a plus.
* Skilled in creating visually appealing and user-friendly document templates in ServiceNow, including the use of Document Blocks, Scripts, and Style Blocks.
* Knowledge in HTML and CSS; * Knowledge of SAP ERP HCM will be an advantage; * Strong problem analytical, and problem-solving skills, and good communication skills; * Fluency in English.
