e are seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Tooling Department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering with expertise in working with metals, machining, cooling systems, and heat transfer applications.
This role focuses on designing high-precision tooling for advanced production processes, ensuring superior performance and durability.
OUR ROLEKey Responsibilities.
esign and develop high-precision tooling systems for advanced equipment, focusing on tubing, cooling systems, heat transfer mechanisms, and sheet metal components.
ollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and functionality of mechanical designs.
reate and optimize complex mechanical parts and assemblies using Siemens NX or similar CAD software (e.
., Catia or SolidWorks).
anage and maintain design data using Teamcenter or equivalent project database systems.
nalyze mechanical systems for stress, durability, and performance under operational conditions using tools such as ANSYS (preferred).
nsure adherence to best practices in materials selection, manufacturing processes, and thermal management techniques.
OUR PROFILEQualifications.
xperience.
olid experience in mechanical design, particularly in high-precision systems or related industries such as aeronautics, HVAC, or thermal management.
xpertise in working with metals and machined parts, including sheet metal fabrication, machining, and welding.
ands-on experience with tubing, cooling systems (water and gas), and surface-to-surface heat transfer applications.
tructural analysis, simulation, and stress testing experience (preferred).
echnical Skills.
roficiency in Siemens NX or similar CAD software (e.
., Catia, SolidWorks).
amiliarity with Teamcenter for project data management.
nowledge of numerical analysis tools like ANSYS for structural and stress analysis is advantageous.
