You will be responsible to.
Lead the design and development of innovative pharmaceutical manufacturing processes; Oversee process engineering projects from concept to implementation; Supervising the construction, installation, commissioning and qualification of the installations or equipment; Assessing and managing risks to ensure that the installations and equipment complies with all regulatory and legal requirements, while optimized in quality/cost ratio; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies; Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs; Performing the Conceptual, Basic and Detailed design of new installations or modifications to existing ones in compliance with the cGMP; Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing operations; Participating in the user requirements specifications (URS) definition, understanding and supporting the user needs and contributing to achieve an URS adequate for the intended use; Preparing and controlling the Project Budget and Project Timeline.
We are looking to recruit a Candidate.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field; Experience in process design within the pharmaceutical industry; Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.
., FDA, EMA); Fluent english level; Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong leadership and project management abilities; Effective communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
