We are looking for an experienced Databricks Architect to lead the implementation and development of a new area focusing on cuttingedge data technologies and solutions.
Responsibilities and Tasks.
Lead and design architecture solutions based on Databricks ensuring seamless integration with the companys existing systems.
Define and implement the data strategy with a strong emphasis on using Databricks for largescale data processing analysis and automation.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that data solutions are scalable efficient and secure.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to the data development teams ensuring code quality and performance.
Ensure the quality security and performance of solutions by conducting code reviews testing and optimizations as needed.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business data needs and propose suitable solutions.
Mandatory Requirements.
Experience with Databricks with strong handson experience in implementing and managing Databricksbased solutions.
Solid knowledge in data architecture solution design and data modeling with experience in SQL Server and/or Oracle.
Experience in developing and managing Big Data solutions including analyzing large volumes of data automation and optimizing data pipelines.
Strong technical leadership skills and experience mentoring development teams helping them grow and develop their skills.
Indepth knowledge of data security code quality and performance.
Experience working collaboratively in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
Certifications related to Databricks are a plus.
