Job Description.
• Partner collaboratively with team managers and software developers to create a dashboard for code insights • Conduct analyses on the effectiveness of product offerings by examining the real-world impacts of customer use.
• Competently handle large datasets, sifting for patterns and trends and translate those insights into technical solutions and education materials.
• Automate metrics generation using Jira data • Communicate across key stakeholders on work progress and provide regular updates • Perform desktop research to identify regional or global trends and develop key performance metrics and reporting • Assist with ad hoc requests, participate in special projects as required, and provide cross-functional support as needed What you’ll need   • To be available to work Full-time between approximately Early-June to Early August (Program duration is 10 weeks) • To be a Penultimate Masters/Undergraduate Student, due to graduate no earlier than December  Or Final year student as appropriate • Analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills • Strategic thinker with ability to derive and translate data analytics to meet business goals • Sound written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions • Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, handle multiple tasks, consistently meet established deadlines, and deliver exceptional results • Expert PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; programming and coding skills including Jira • Expert PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access     Languages.
