We are actively seeking for a Data Product Manager responsible for the development stra tegy and performance of datadriven products that enhance our charging solutions.
You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including data engineers software engineer s data scientists ysts and UX designers to collect requirements define features an d deliver data products that drive business value.
Responsibilities.
1.
Product Vision and Strategy.
Develop and communicate a clear data product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
Define and prioritise the data product roadmap ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and company objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration.
Partner with internal stakeholders including engineering data science and growth team to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all data productrelated inquiries and orchestrate crossfunctional collaboration to drive product success.

ata Utilisation and Insights.
Leverage data insights to identify opportunities for new products and features.
Ensure data products drive business value by transforming raw data into actionable insights and ytics solutions 4.
ata Quality and Governance.
Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to develop and maintain d ata quality metrics.
Ensure all data products comply with relevant data privacy laws regulations and organizational policies.

nnovation and Continuous Improvement.
Foster a culture of innovation by staying current with the latest advancements in dat a technologies and odologies.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve data product processes tools and frameworks.
The Candidate we are looking for.
Experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in creating products (as a PM or other function within a product team) ideally in highgrowth startups.
Technical Proficiency.
Strong understanding of data ytics and manipulation using tools such as SQL Python R or similar languages.
Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Metabase Knowledge of data warehousing ETL processes 3.
