Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using SQL and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement and optimise data processing workflows on Azure Synapse Analytics to support efficient data storage, querying, and analysis.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data engineering, and proactively recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance our data infrastructure.
Contribute to the overall architecture and design of our data systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Maths, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with expertise in SQL  Strong proficiency in Azure cloud services, including Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics  Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control is a plus Knowledge of Azure Fabric is a plus.
Proven track record of designing and implementing complex data solutions that meet business requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
