Job Description Devoteam is looking for a Data Functional Analyst.
Generate and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Extract and manipulate data from various systems using SQL queries.
Utilize advanced Excel to organize, analyze, and present data clearly and effectively.
Perform data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Support the operations team in developing metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure reporting needs are met.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data presented in reports.
Provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications Required.
Solid experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts).
Experience in data analysis or creating operational reports.
Ability to identify trends and insights from data.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Nice to have.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Basic knowledge of report automation.
Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
