Job Description Prioritize tasks based on the business value for the company.
Assist in the prioritization and negotiation of deliveries with internal stakeholders.
Coordinate teams involved in the projects, ensuring effective communication between all members.
Implement best practices and processes in the CRM domain.
Promote continuous improvement of the processes and systems in use.
Provide technical and functional support for the implemented CRM solutions.
Monitor project progress and ensure they stay within established timelines and budgets.
Ensure all deliveries meet established quality standards.
Perform quality reviews and acceptance testing.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and delivery.
Develop contingency plans to address potential problems.
Maintain constant and transparent communication with clients and stakeholders.
Understand customer needs and expectations to align deliveries accordingly.
Promote the continuous development of the team's skills.
Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies that may benefit CRM processes.
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Commerce.
Experience and deep knowledge of business processes related to CRM, especially in the Lead-to-Quote domain.
Experience in Apptus, Conga, and Salesforce.
Understanding of how to integrate CRM systems with other enterprise solutions.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, with skills in leading, motivating, and developing teams.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and improve processes.
Capacity to perform requirements analysis and technical specifications.
Skills to negotiate deadlines, resources, and expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for CRM implementation and management.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
