What are you going to do? • Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze and resolve data issues for the enterprise data warehouse; • Create source-to-target mapping documents to capture additional application data elements; • Load the source-to-target mapping documents from source systems into the enterprise data warehouse; • Collaborate with the ETL team to ensure the source-to-target mapping documents are in correct ETL code; • Ensure the ETL code align with STM requirements; • Perform data validation, to insure correct data movement into the enterprise data warehouse architecture; • Consult with reporting teams to develop a general understanding for the data warehouse model / optimal ways to use it.
What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or similar; • 5+ years of experience working with data analytics within an enterprise data warehouse; • 5+ years of Policy & Claims Insurance subject-matter expertise; • Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS platforms – SQL Server, DB2 (advanced); • Knowledge of concepts and frameworks for Data Warehouse, ETL and BI Architecture; • Capable of creating and tuning Semantic layer Reporting Views; • Knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Claims Center, SAP FS-RI & SAP FS-CD applications; • Strong communication skills in English (B2 – US Client); • Work model.
Remote based in Portugal; • Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (mandatory).
What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience in BigQuery and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly Looker.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or above).
• Availability for a Remote work model (Portugal based).
