We are looking for #TechTalent to take on the role of Senior Analyst Developer in a financial sector project.
What will you do? - Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to identify and understand their specific analytical needs and challenges; - Map business requirements to the features of the existing analytics product, identifying opportunities for improvement and customization; - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights; - Ensure the quality and integrity of the data used for analysis; - Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of the analytics solutions; - Work closely with product development teams to communicate user needs and influence the product strategy.
What are we looking for? - Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis; - Proven proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard and report development; - Knowledge in developing tabular models is a plus; - Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications; - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
