Must-Have (Requirements).
Data analysis experience (min.
2 years) Strong understanding of business processes and objectives to align analytical efforts with organizational goals.
Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights considering broader context and correlations.
Proactive in addressing business challenges and proposing viable solutions.
Excellent skills in translating complex findings into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Expertise in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements from stakeholders.
Capacity to evaluate information objectively and make sound judgments; ability to signal significant data changes (e.
., traffic drops) to the team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with data engineering concepts and the ability to work with technical teams.
Applying AI to facilitate your work.
Good to Have (Bonus Points).
Knowledge of the Digital Media and Digital Marketing industry.
Experience with advanced analytics techniques and tools.
Experience with machine learning to derive insights from data.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
