Job Description.
Your contribution to something big.
* Deploy, monitor, and maintainIoT devices in the field.
* Analyze device performance data to ensure optimal functionality.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement of services.
* Data processing and automation using Python.
* Use of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Grafana for data visualization and reporting.
* Create and maintain dashboards that provide insights into operational performance.
* Ability to leverage cloud tools for data storage and scalability.
Qualifications.
What distinguishes you.
* Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Grafana * Proficient in using SQL for querying and managing data from IoT devices.
* Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field.
* Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and report on field activities.
* Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
* Ability to manage multiple field projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Cloud certification (e.
., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) is beneficial.
* Fluency in English (written and sopken).
