We have labours to whom we pay on daily basis.
The payment of labour depends on the type of job they do.
There are various type of jobs.
Each job has a different rate.
There are 2 type of jobs.
individual jobs & group jobs a.
In case of individual job, the wages calculate on the basis of quantity of work done multiply by the rate of that job b.
In case of group, we have to select the people to make the group, then the wages of the whole Group calculate on the basis of quantity of work done multiply by the rate of that job Any person or group can do multiple type of jobs in a single day.
For illustration.
There are 5 labours.
Ram, Mohan, Sohan, Murari, Sankar Type of Job.
Type of Job.
Rate of job Loading 100/- per MT Screening 50/- per mt Packing 80/- per mt Now, The following work done in a day.
1.
Ram did screening of 10 MT, then did packing of 5 MT 2.
Mohan & Sohan did loading of 20 MT, then did packing of 5 MT 3.
Murari Did screening of 5 MT 4.
Shankar did screening of 5 mt & then loading of 5 mt Total wages paid at the end of the day.
Ram (10x50) + (5x Mohan & sohan (20xx Murari 5x Shankar (5x50) + (5x Labour Wages register Module 2.
We have labours which are on roll.
They do regular job with variable /contract work also.
Each labour has different salary> There salary is on hourly rate basis.
For contract work, variable or overtime, we pay them on daily basis.
The payment of labour depends on the type of job they do.
The rate of overtime is different from regular job rate.

Ashok & Jitendra did screening of kg 3.
Manoj did lead spray of kg 4.
Rajendra did pulverizor of kg Total man hours calculated at the end of the day.
