12 months initial Job Description About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Business Central Solution Architect to join a dynamic team and lead the functional design and implementation of a significant D365 BC implementation project for a leading financial services company.
Key Responsibilities.
Design and document functional solutions, including process flows, data mappings, and system configurations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse functional requirements.
Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and leverage the capabilities of D365 BC.
Oversee data migration strategies, including data mapping, cleansing, and transformation.
Define test strategies, develop test cases, and conduct testing activities.
Train end-users and provide ongoing support.
Collaborate effectively with technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience.
Strong understanding of D365 Business Central functional capabilities, especially in finance and operations modules.
Experience in implementing D365 BC solutions, including configuration, customization, and data migration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in Polish Experience working on complex, multinational projects.
Ability to work remotely and onsite in Warsaw when required.
Preferred Qualifications.
Microsoft Certifications in D365 Business Central.
Experience with industry-specific solutions or add-ons for D365 BC.
