Position Overview We are seeking a D365 Finance Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team in Romania.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely while fostering collaboration through in-office engagements.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing and streamlining financial processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance and Operations, driving efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities • Analyse current financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system functionality.
• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of D365 Finance modules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the D365 platform aligns with business needs.
• Provide end-user training and support, ensuring teams effectively utilize D365 capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to financial processes.
• Act as the bridge between finance teams, IT, and third-party vendors.
• Support project managers in system rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.
Required Qualifications • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on D365 Finance and Operations.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Romanian financial regulations and standards is highly advantageous.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in both English and Romanian.
Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the environmental services industry.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools.
