Role Overview You will be part of a support team for a globally recognizable company, likely within the tech or social media industry.
The primary focus is to manage and monitor political, governmental, and advocacy-related content, particularly in the form of advertisements, on social media.
The goal is to ensure that this content complies with guidelines and is free from inappropriate links or other issues.
Key Responsibilities Information Gathering.
Collect and analyze relevant information, possibly about the nature of the content being posted or reported, to ensure compliance with policies.
Advertisement Monitoring.
Regularly review advertisements on social media platforms to identify inappropriate or non-compliant links.
Issue Identification and Troubleshooting.
Proactively identify issues related to political or governmental content and troubleshoot them to prevent escalation or resolve them efficiently.
Request Triage.
Manage and prioritize requests from various political, governmental, and advocacy entities.
Determine which issues require immediate attention and which can be resolved through standard processes.
Communication Facilitation.
Act as a liaison between the company and external partners (government, political organizations, advocacy groups).
Ensure clear communication and work towards satisfactory resolutions for all parties.
Content Management.
Help ensure that social media platforms maintain relevant and appropriate content, free from misinformation or harmful political material.
Responding to Queries.
Respond to requests or issues via email with speed, empathy, and accuracy, ensuring that the responses meet high standards of quality.
Escalation of Issues.
When problems cannot be resolved within the team or at your level, escalate them to higher authorities or other departments within the organization for further action.
Skills and Attributes Required Bilingual Ability.
Proficiency in both Czech and English is crucial for managing communication with both local and international partners.

A strong focus on identifying inappropriate content or links.

Working hours 40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday, 7am to 9pm.
Rotating shifts You will be assigned for a daily working time of 8 hours with an additional hour lunch break.
You will be informed in advance about the working schedule.
Please note relocation to Lisbon, Portugal is Mandatory.
