Your mission, roles and responsibilities The main missions of the role are.
* Collect Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) information from suppliers regarding the carbon content of supplied components to Forvia; * Communication of Forvia's Long Term Supplier Declaration (LTSD) to customers; * Track and ensure the renewal of suppliers Long Term Supplier Declaration (LTSD) to Forvia; * Verification of suppliers Long Term Supplier Declaration (LTSD) content following the checklist provided by Customs IT Coordinator, ensuring its validity and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have/be.
* Minimum education level.
Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics or in courses related with legal and customs * Technical and behavioural skills.
* Service mindset * Good computer skills (MS Office-Excel).
* Knowledge of SAP MM is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to communicate in English (mandatory) French or German or Spanish is a plus.
* Capability to follow a work instruction.
* Planning, analytical and organization skills.
* Ability to work in an international environment.
