The application should have the following key functionalities.
- Calculating shipment prices based on auction yard location and sea Port of Origin.
I have a web site with this calculator written on JavaScript.
[login to view URL] Calculator consists of two parts.
First part (left side) calculates auction fees, insurance, duty, customs fees and service fees.
This part works great, no needed to update.
Second part (right side) calculates shipment price but it`s not active and works only for one auction yard which is in Albany and one sea port located in NY.
As you can see the price for inland transportation from Albany to NY is 400 USD (it is towing price) and ocean freight from NY to Klaipeda is 950 USD.
This numbers indicated in the calculation as "Доставка из США (shipment from USA)" USD.
All prices for each destination indicated in Excel chart.

There you can see how the example with Albany and NY works.
What I need to be done.
Application receives request with a code of US state and a city (where auction yard is located) which are indicated in the first column in the Excel file and sends back list of possible directions to closest sea ports with prices.
Four right columns are Ports of Origin.
Examples.
First line (send).
NY - Albany Second line (receive, towing price).
Albany - NY - 400 Third line.
NY - 950 First line (send).
NM - Albuquerque Second line (receive, towing price).
Albuquerque - NY - Albuquerque - TX - 685 Albuquerque - CA - 810 Third line.
TX - In second example user has an option to choose where to send his car.
After he chose the sea port from 3 options listed, we send ocean shipment price into the line 3.
Prices from this ports are constant and can be defined as a final private variables in a class.
NY - 950 GA - 925 TX - FL - 950 CA - The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive experience in web application development, particularly in creating user-friendly interfaces for general public usage.
