Your tasks will include.
- Editing a diverse range of video types.

- Ensuring a professional yet creative style to keep the content engaging and avoid monotony.
- Applying color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency and appeal.
- Adding accurate and engaging subtitles to improve accessibility and engagement.
- Incorporating smooth transitions and visual effects to enhance the viewer experience.
- Adding logo animations and brand overlay elements to reinforce brand identity.
- Creating eye-catching thumbnails that encourage viewers to click and watch.
- Optimizing video formats and sizes for quicker loading and better quality on social platforms.
- Repurposing longer videos into smaller snippets for stories and social media posts.
- Editing and enhancing audio to ensure clarity and quality.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing a mix of clean, professional edits and more dynamic, creative pieces.
initial work will be small pilot program to show proof of editing and to see if we are a match.
Experience with social media video content, #s, creating English copy for hooks, captions etc.
Be able to repurpose 4-5 raw videos a month to then turn into podcasts and scheduled posts/reels/across platforms using HUBSPOT.
HubSpot experience a must.
Needs a keen understanding of the different requirements and styles suited to each platform.
