The Yokneam Finance Team is looking for a highly motivated Cost Accountant- Financial Analyst to join our team.
This individual will analyze business results and provide analytic support that assists the organization in making strategic business investment decisions.
The ideal candidate possesses strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities.
Build relationships with production units Assist in all financial planning activities for the Yokneam Manufacturing Facility, including annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting, and weekly forecast trending.
Analyze spending and variance results and budget controls BOM costing review Perform ad hoc analysis including overhead, product cost, and make vs buy models.
Perform all responsibilities consistent with our internal control environment and ensure compliance with GAAP and BSC Financial policies and procedures.
Drive continuous improvement of processes and analytics.
Document and maintain work instructions.
Requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business- mandatory At least 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing plants- mandatory Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required- mandatory SAP experience - big advantage Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and data accuracy Strong analytical skills Strong oral and written communication skills Must be a quick learner and able to engage well with internal customers Requisition ID.
