As one of Feedzai’s Legal Advisors, you’ll provide expert legal support to the company's business areas on legal matters relating to the corporate life-cycle of a company to achieve long-term success and avoid legal and reputational risks.
You’re comfortable in discussing legal matters with non-legal professionals, and being one of the go-to persons for complex and sensitive matters.
n addition, you’ll drive and foster a culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization, always with a risk conscious approach.

You’ll be a key legal contributor with a view to support Feedzai and Feedzai’s business across a broad range of matters.

Act as a strategic legal partner for the organization, offering clear, actionable legal advice that supports and promotes growth, while managing risk.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Finance, Ops, Product, etc), as well as external stakeholders.
Breaking down complex and sensitive matters, providing a pragmatic approach to complex and sensitive matters, balancing commercial goals and legal guardrails.
You make legal understandable.
Act creatively to solve legal problems without defaulting to “no”, and translating risk in a way that internal stakeholders are able to have actionable guidance that business teams can actually use.
You Have & You Know-how.
Law degree with 4-8 years experience in practicing Law.
Strong foundation in Corporate / M&A, with flexibility to work across legal domains.
Proven experience as a legal counsel, either as a practicing attorney in a law firm or in-house (startup / scale-up preferred).
Solid knowledge and experience of Corporate, Commercial, Civil and IT Law.
Sharp business sense and risk awareness.
Comfort operating in a fast paced, high-change environment, with a multi-jurisdictional international setting .
Knowledge and understanding of global companies’ applicable laws and procedures.
Ability to understand and digest complex problems and to easily communicate with non-lawyers.
Good communication skills to ensure information is communicated effectively (both internally and externally) - you should translate legal into business impact.
Fluency in English - written and oral communication - Required.
Proficiency in French - written and oral communication - Preferred.
A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Curious, agile, creative, and strategic mindset to find the best solution in a risk-aware manner in a solution oriented setting.
Ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, business customers, external law firms, public authorities, etc.), creating relations of trust.
Ability and willingness to learn and engage with multiple topics, including those that are related to technology.
Organization and management skills to handle competing requests and priorities.
