As a Corporate Finance Analyst we are looking for a very hands-on, high analytical profile.
Reporting directly to our Director of Finance, this role gives you a fantastic exposure to the company's business model, funding and cash flow management strategy together with the opportunity to work and interact with financial teams and operations /assets teams in an organisation that is scaling at a unique speedWHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Prepare cash flow models and project the cash flow needs for the next 18 months.
articipate in the creation of the annual budget, establishing processes and decision criteria for optimal expenditure levels on business operations to achieve targets.
articipate in the creation of the 5Y business plan for the company, including new business units to be created.
ctively engage on fundraising process – strategy, decision and execution.
ebt restructure, new debt and management of current debtIncentives, Tax Credits and subsidising financingSpecial funding fleet projectsEquity fundraise investmentsPrepare reports for Board Meetings, Shareholders Meetings and other management meetings.

HO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Recent graduate of a BA/BS/Masters in Economics or Finance.
